Cancellation Policy
As a Performing Arts Educator, I devote many hours of my week to teaching. This means that my students' day and time is in my diary on a permanent basis and that they 'own' that hour of my week. The payment I recieve from lessons is a substantial part of my income, on which I depend weekly, so please be aware that a missed lesson of convenience for you, is a loss of livelihood for me. This being said, though an occasional exception can be made, I would like to ask that if you cancel a lesson for any reason (other than planned holidays and events given well in advance), that you still pay for the time of the lesson...as that was still given to and planned for you, even if the lesson was not utilised. I will always endeavor to make up any and all missed lessons, to the best of my ability. If less than 24hrs notice is given, payment should still be made. If the cancellation is on my part, no payment need be made.
Thank you for understanding the delicate nature of self-employed work and the fragility of a carefully currated, self-employed income. The number of students able to be accomodated in a week is finite, and as such, each one holds a very important place.

Payment Policy
Due to the tricky nature of self-employed pay records and having students at various times a week, please ensure lesson payment is fully transferred either before the start of the lesson, or within the hour following. Thank you for you help and cooperation in this way.
